AFI supplies LINCO Incubator equipment for hatchery applications which is specifically designed to for optimal productivity. LINCO’s Single-Stage incubation system is designed for the strong demands of efficient and profitable production in industrial hatcheries. Traditional systems are designed with central heating and cooling, being more suitable for Multi-Stage, but LINCO presented REAL Single-Stage with heating and cooling in every setter trolley.

Manufactured with high quality components and unique design, the LINCO incubators are superior in chick quality, low operation and maintenance cost and a top level of Bio-security and durability. The uniform and high-quality chickens are a result of eggs being heated up in very short time, thus having a narrow hatch-window.

Unique points of LINCO REAL Single-Stage:

Low Electric Consumption

Efficient Propeller Fans reduce electricity consumption by more than 50%, which is important as ventilation consumes 90-95% of the electricity used in a single-stage setter

LINCO setters are efficiently ventilated by a consumption of only 1 kW/60.000 eggs capacity– consumption of ordinary paddle fans is more than double!

Heating by warm water reduces operation cost further, keeping overall investment for cables, main-boards and standby generators at minimum level

Low Electric Consumption

The highly efficient propeller fans blow the air over the trolleys, to the back of the setter, and the air will move through all the trays when returning to the fans in the front.

In spite of low electric consumption, the propeller fans provide very efficient ventilation, and the fan-blades are designed to provide ultimate balance between air-volume and air-pressure.

Short Heat-Up Time

Heat-up time is reduced to 4-7 hours to ensure a narrow hatch window

Every setter trolley is equipped with a water heating & cooling element

All eggs heated up from cold store to incubation temperature in only 4-7 hours

Heat produced by embryos is removed before affecting the neighbour trolley

Constant circulation ensures complete temperature balance in the cabinet

Modular Cabinets

The Modular construction of LINCO machines allow the cabinets to be extended by adding only panels, trolleys and trays

The use of lock bars for assembling and panel size to be equal to trolley sizeallows hatcheries to start their Single-stage operation with smaller setters. When the production increases the hatchery can extend the setters step by step to maximum size at low cost

It is not recommend to store eggs more than 7 days. To have the best utilization of the Parent Stock the eggs should be divided in minimum 4 age-groups for incubation – thus there is a need of minimum 12 setters to obtain maximum benefit of Single-stage operation

Outstanding Bio-security

LINCO equipment is designed for easy cleaning

The use of stainless steel on the inside cabinet walls, ensure efficient cleaning in a minimum of time

Cooling elements are integrated in the cabinet panels (placed behind the stainless steel cover), and they don’t obstruct when washing. The cabinet is assembled with lock-bars that don’t give access for water and bacteria

The few components placed inside the hatcher cabinet can all stand washing without further protection

The hatcher can be cleaned by one person in maximum 8 minutes

LINCO Trays Allow BIG Eggs

LINCO trays are saving both labour and eggs

The LINCO Set & Hatch tray is designed for easy, quick and safe handling of eggs. The labour cost of transfer is reduced to only 25% of traditional tray systems

The LINCO Classic tray is designed for hatcheries operating in-ovo-vaccination

Both tray systems are designed for on-farm-traying, and both trays can hold even the biggest eggs used for incubation

Turning System

The LINCO system used water hydraulicturning – A simple andlow maintenance approach

To ensure bio-security on top level, LINCO designed a very simple Water Hydraulic Turning System, completely without electric components inside the setter cabinet

The 3 positions (left-center-right) are controlled by a special designed double cylinder, and the required tray position is achieved only by combining the in-out position of the cylinders

All moving parts are suspended in Teflon bearings, and the trolleys connect/disconnect automatically to the turning system when the setter is started/stopped

Key-components are made in Stainless steel, and as optional the complete turning system is available in stainless steel

Using clean (RO) water to power the turning system, ensures that bacteria don’t sneak into your machines
